Ok, but when I look inside my DL145G1 the text "AMD Serenade" is printed on the motherboard. In fact, HP DL145 G1 is not a motherboard, it's a server which uses the AMD Serenade motherboard. There is another server called Celestica A2210 which also uses the same AMD Serenade motherboard. Somehow I still think it seems wrong to list the server DL145G1 as a supported motherboard, and not mention the name of the actual motherboard. Trouble with coreboot for Roda RK9

Hello Nico, Could you please help me to solve some problems? Laptop: Roda RK9 13", 15" and 17" Why can't I read the condition GP1 - GP4? When I start the program superiotool with original bios, it shows regular results, when I start the program superiotool with coreboot the program shows 0 at GP1-GP4. Asus f2a85-m binary blobs?

Hello, I apologise if this has been asked before, but is it possible to run the f2a85-m with coreboot without requiring any binary blobs? If I am understanding the wiki correctly I would need to use the vendor's VGA bios if I wanted to use the internal VGA, but do I need the internal VGA? Are any of the motherboards listed on the coreboot wiki "fully free" in this sense? Thanks, Dominic

I'm new to coreboot, and I'm working to use it with an ASROCK IMB-A180, the H version with the LVDS port. I've read previous posts regarding the "IMB-A180 won't boot" on this group, and tried the .config that was posted, but the result is the same. The debugging output shows things progressing until agesawwrapper_amdinitmid is called, then the boot restarts, then stops cold at the same point: PCI: 00:18.4 PCI: 00:18.5 Done allocating resources. BS: BS_DEV_RESOURCES times (us): entry 0 run 1095130 exit 0 POST: 0x74 Enabling resources... Fam16 - domain_enable_resources: AmdInitMid. agesawrapper_amdinitmid <garbage characters> Tue Feb 4 16:46:38 PST 2014 starting... Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
