How to add prints to the boot screen

Hello, I need to add some prints to the boot screen. Could some one please share how to do printf, when I use it, it does not display anything. printf's in bootsplash.c and boot.c do appear. Please let me know how to add prints to the BIOS screen. Thanks, Pankaj

Hi Karoly, Do a make menuconfig, go into the console menu, and disable "Use onboard VGA as primary video device". I believe this should get you what you want. google patch set

Yeah, it's a lot, eh? I can think of a few main areas: 1. ARM support -- 3 new mainboards in progress 2. The graphics stuff -- with final haswell support on the way 3. the usual random bug fixes and improvements You might conclude from all this that coreboot is important at google :-) We would be very, very happy to have someone outside google engage with the beaglebone effort. Anyone? ron

dual gfx card

Hi all, I want to start one AMD Parmer board with an external GFX card and integrated GPU. The original AMI BIOS with - Primary Video Device [NB PCIe slot Video] and - Integrated Graphics [Auto] options works fine, but I can't set up the coreboot for the same configuration. My operation system is linux and I have prepared an ELF executable payload too. I tried to start my coreboot with SeaBios or with the kernel payload, without success. Anyone, who have experience in this field, could help me? Thanks in advance Karoly

coreboot build failing

Hey, I'm following this guide to build coreboot http://www.coreboot.org/Build_HOWTO I've done it all up to just running make. I chose the default mainboard vendor and model because I don't really know and 2MB chip size with SeaBIOS. I'm building for my x60s.
