I use DDR1600, so i defined BLDCFG_MEMORY_BUS_FREQUENCY_LIMIT to
DDR1600_FREQUENCY.
Also a have #define BLDCFG_TIMING_MODE_SELECT TIMING_MODE_AUTO, so
coreboot automaticaly finds optimal memory clock. I can see it coreboot log:
MemClkFreq: 333 MHz;
MemClkFreq changed: 333 MHz -> 400 MHz;
MemClkFreq changed: 400 MHz -> 533 MHz;
MemClkFreq changed: 533 MHz -> 667 MHz;
MemClkFreq changed: 667 MHz -> 800 MHz
