(without this commit) all in linux works ok, windows - no keyboard/mouse (after USB reinit during install/recovery /WinPE/)
(with this commit) no ethernet (RTL8111E) both windows and linux are good except it
it is not 'reset the ethernet adapter' issue (checked several times) with reset issue leds on socket do not lit at all, with this issue red light do not becomes orange (seems device is absent to os to init it) during boot
