[ANNOUNCE] mkelfImage-2.3

mkelfImage 2.3 is a bug fix release, available at:
ftp://ftp.lnxi.com/pub/src/mkelfImage/mkelfImage-2.3.tar.gz

rpm -bb mkelfImage-2.3.tar.gz builds a binary rpm.

This release disables debugging code that can crash some itaniums.

Wouldn't rpmbuild -tb be less confusing for RH8.0 users?
