Guys, I use freebios v1 from CVS and it works smoothly with the filo payload and Dave Ashley's fix for the raminit. The only caveat is that linux hangs when it is trying to initialize CLE266. Here is the log:

I was not able to pass through the agpgart module, so I disabled it in the kernel. Everything works now. Dmitry/
