Note that I am still waiting for additional test results before merging the RAM stabilization fix; until that has been merged, sporadic test failures are to be expected from the D16.
The fix in question actually resolves a regression that was introduced last year; prior to that commit the RAM initialization was stable for the configuration used in our REACTS setup.
