I am booting with Etherboot v5.4.1.  LinuxBIOS is from November
sometime.  I think this version is from Yh Lu.  He helped with getting
it to work.  I just tried to build it from the current (r2169) svn, and
it doesn't boot:

LinuxBIOS-1.1.8_s2891_Normal Thu Feb  2 22:15:06 UTC 2006 starting...
(0,1) link=01
(1,0) link=00
02 nodes initialized.
 core0:  --- {  APICID = 12 NODEID = 01 COREID = 00} ---

Yeah, that's what I'm seeing too - 10 to 30 seconds into the boot process. So
I guess I'm not alone then.
