Wow, a Vaio. Would like to know how do you manage a BIOS recovery once you flashed the chip with a not working .rom? Do you actually have to put it into pieces to reach the socket or the soldered chip?

The first posted had enough information, since Intel 965 isn't supported, and would require a lot of work by people with a lot of experience. It's a bad situation with Intel chipsets. :\
