I would suggest you hook a ITP on your Mohon Peak system and halt system before and after FSP API Init, then do a PCI scan via ITP command or script, I bet you will notice GbE devices does not exist on your system.
I remember I encountered the similar issue before, the root cause is that I did not enable the descriptor mode, as long as I enclosed a proper descriptor bin on coreboot, GbE devices can be enumerated.
Please review src\southbridge\intel\fsp_rangeley\Kconfig and make sure INCLUDE_ME and ME_PATH are configured properly.
I hope this can help you solve you the issue.

This issue is solved. Fei, your tip concerning the Intel Firmware Descriptor was good.
Another tip came from here: http://www.sublab.org/wiki/coreboot-x201/
I've found an Intel tool 'fict', with which I could build a valid descriptor (checked by the 'ifdtool'). Enabling the INCLUDE_ME and ME_PATH in coreboot does the rest.
Now, the Mohon Peak CRB boots with all internal GbE enabled and functionning.
