Patch merged into coreboot/master: 658e4d3 libpayload: use $(DOTCONFIG) instead of .config

the following patch was just integrated into master:

libpayload: use $(DOTCONFIG) instead of .config

When overriding the DOTCONFIG variable, make install
    will fail in libpayload.
