Looking at your northbridge dump, looks like you plugged in all the RAM you have for 1GB. I believe that only works on 440BX with ECC RAM and we still don't have code to support them. Could that be causing the failure? Three sticks for 768MB should work. Try that.

You're right on about the 4th DIMM socket causing the boot problems here!
However, the this 440BX board is spec'ed to do 1G SDRAM (non-ecc/non-reg).
Attaching a log of recursive successful cold boots using only 3 DIMMS of 256 PC133 double-sided.
Looks like at the boot of the kernel on the SIL add-in PCI SATA hard drive, things really start slowing down. I'm guessing this is where I need to figure-out how to map the IRQ's to avoid conflicts on this board. (ie. create a mainboard profile)

I've neaten-up my log files a bit. One log file with 3dimms and good boots, the next log file is 4dimms with failing boots. Lastly, a diff of both.
