I whant to know, what are the plans for including overclocking (cpu, ram, etc.) features in the linuxBIOS?

we did this years ago, from linux, it worked fine. It's best to do overclocking AFTER bios startup when you can, so that if you mess things up you can get back via reset. But this makes dram overclocking kinda hard.

I would think that a recovery method would be one of the more important "overclocking features" to include...

LinuxBIOS indeed includes a fallback mechanism, so whatever overclocking you would do with your "normal bios", you can always go back if you wish, and it will automatically go back, if you fail to boot the OS.
