[LinuxBIOS] why no mapped APIC

the log is  below:
No local APIC present or hardware disabled
Initializing CPU#0

google searchs something like:
mapped APIC to ffffd000 
or 
Using APIC driver default ACPI

what else step missed or not configured? any hints would be greatly 
appreciated!
