sb600 support in v3

I just committed it, because I want some eyeballs on it. Corrections
etc. welcome.

rs690 is next, then the socket, then the mainboard.

This should be interesting.

I'm trying to get a simnow for this board, but it's the nda version,
so I'm still working it.

For starters it went into v2. :)

I guess it's mostly copypaste so not much can be wrong?

Couldn't someone with the NDA version create the board, then share it
with those who have only the public version?

No, I don't think that the public version has the models that you need.
