Ask Broadcom to provide one for Linux. But I guess you can not get anything from them.
Maybe you can ask them give some documents about that, then you can write linux version by yourself.

We've got our boards in but the Broadcom 5704C wasn't coming up. According to Broadcom there is a DOS (or Windows) utility that we need to run to burn the 5704C boot code into nvram.
Has anyone written this utility for Linux?
