Why is the timestamp tick_freq_mhz field 0? The only way we'd hit that path and fail is because of that field being zero.
tsc_freq_mhz() is not defined on any AMD platforms. This is an issue that needs to be fixed at some point down the line; it should be relatively simple to parse the MSRs.
