I found the source of the clock hanging.
It occurred when modprobing l440gx.ko
# cat /sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/current_clocksource acpi_pm <-- Problem is here. tsc clocksource is choosen on my tyan 1832dl
To solve: # echo "tsc" \
/sys/devices/system/clocksource/clocksource0/current_clocksource
Clock shows it's running now.
