If you want to work on this board to get it supported by coreboot I would start with the mtarvon board with the i3100 northbridge and the i82801xx southbridge. You also need to figure out what the superIO is and if that is supported.
Wow, 16Mb SPI flash, I don't think you'll run out of room with that one.
