I've not seen Flonix before, but this looks pretty straight forward. Actually, last week I finished making a USB bootable version of CHAOS for the wrist watch that they show in the devices section on that site. I haven't tested it yet, but the procedure I ended up with was very similar to what they seem to have listed on that page.
