GNUFI is my implementation of the UEFI specification. It is hopefully "soon to be released".
As a short status report; it can load GRUB2 with bulk EFI-support and GRUB2 can in turn load and boot GNU/Linux. When I get the time I'll try other free EFI loaders (elilo, refi, ...).
While googleing the other day I found OSXP, which seems to be a XP loader which runs on EFI: http://daemons.net/~clay/OSXP/ . I have yet to look closer at it.
