[Coreboot] Support Intel Ice Lake-D & AMD V3000 CPU

Hi Coreboot,

We want to use the Coreboot for promote our customer Intel Ice Lake-D & AMD V3000 CPU board, but I didn't find the Intel Ice Lake-D & AMD V3000 CPU define from release note or source,
Could you help to tell me how to select Intel Ice Lake-D & AMD V3000 CPU?

coreboot had support for Ice Lake mobile platforms only (aka Ice Lake U and Ice
Lake Y SKUs), but it has been dropped in 4.19

Although there is Ice Lake-D FSP available (IdavilleFspBinPkg), no support was
contributed to coreboot project unfortunately.

As for AMD V3000 CPU, it is an embedded Ryzen series processors and its support
has never been implemented in coreboot as far as I know. The only available
support for modern AMD Ryzen processors include the mobile series Ryzen CPUs
codenamed Picasso, Cezanne, etc.
Furthermore AMD does not provide public, redistributable silicon initialization
components (like FSP or AGESA) for AMD V3000 CPUs to be used by coreboot.
