pcengines apu1 nvram support

Hello,

I made a patch for the pcengines apu1 board to support nvram
(HAVE_OPTION_TABLE).
I made/adapt this patch from the "Sage" source available at
http://www.pcengines.ch/howto.php#CoreBoot

I change the patch a little by adding a cmos.default file.
