My guess would be about 30 EUR via USPS, but it might take three or four weeks to arrive and it would need better packaging than if sent with courier, which on the other hand would be much more expensive.
Ideally someone could bring the board overseas when travelling.

Yep. coreboot people are always welcome to visit me in CA and I could hand off the rumbas then. Ruik and Stefan both came by in the last year and it was really great to see them both!
