Patch merged into coreboot/master: f1776cd AMD SB800 early console use fix

the following patch was just integrated into master:

AMD SB800 early console use fix

This change removes printk's that occur before
    console init is called.  In the best case, these
    would cause an extremely slow boot, and in the
    worst case would cause a complete post failure.
