[PATCH] enable cbfs for qemu and kontron

Hi,

attached patch enabled CBFS for qemu and kontron. Both are builds-and-runs 
tested, incl. optionrom-in-cbfs for kontron, and compressed payloads for both.

Do you want to put in the line for adding the option ROM for kontron?
Even if you put it in as a comment I think it would be helpful.

I added a comment to Config-abuild.lb where the optionrom was handled 
before, using that "weird" ROM size (1mb-64kb).
My goal is to have the config/build system manage adding optionroms, but 
that will require (much) more work.
