[GSoC-23] Introductory mail

Hello I am Aditya Ranjan Jha, I am a third year undergraduate student
interested in OS, computer systems and architecture. I am interested in
some of the project ideas of this edition of GSOC:

1) Support Power9/Power8 in coreboot
2) Learn hardware behavior from I/O and memory access log

I wish to connect with the mentors to get better insights about the work to
be carried out

For POWER9 support, there is an existing port here:

https://github.com/3mdeb/coreboot/tree/talos_2_support

It would be very interesting to get that cleaned up / finished and merged into the main coreboot tree.  We may be able to provide remote access to hardware to accelerate that process, if desired.
