turns out the chaintech just added doesn't build, which I forget. Anyone wants to take a look, please do.
Ah...well, maybe later then? Or maybe when I get a nice embedded linux rackmount server to replace my Linksys router, and act as a webserver I maybe could use LinuxBIOS then eh?
sure.
there is a variant epia mobo which would make an ideal router/filter/whatever, it has two enet ports.

Do you know the LinuxBIOS status on it? Is it different from plain EPIA?
I'm going to use it (it's the EPIA-CL) for a project in a few days, but I need to deliver ASAP so I wont have much time to tinker, although I could make a few tests, and it would be neat to ship it with LinuxBIOS! :)
(It would of course be even neater if it shipped to me with LinuxBIOS, but that's the next step.)

it's the 6000 I think, a variant of the -M

Yes, EPIA-CL6000E is what I'm looking at. (www.viavpsd.com -> Mainboards -> Mini ITX -> EPIA CL)
There's also an EPIA-ME6000 but that doesn't seem to have dual NICs.
I figure the numbers just describe the CPU, 5000=533MHz Eden, 6000=600MHz Eden, 800=800MHz C3 and 10000=1GHz C3 Nehemiah, where 533 and 600 are fanless.
So I guess this means a new port.. -cl that is. Or maybe enough is similar between the three variants that -cl will actually work with one of the two existing ports?
