Looks like standard 5536->LPC->flash.
flashrom could work out of the box. :)

This board seems to require a development board to plug it on. Which might have a JTAG connector or something useful..
The module has JTAG on the connector, yes. The ATX dev board doesn't connect those though.
But there are LPC and PCI buses on the connector too; either of those can be used to access the flash (in fact, that ATX board seems to have a biossaviour kind of construct on it).
