[LinuxBIOS] Remote Flashing

Hello,
On the LinuxBIOS website I see several references to "remote  
flashing". Is there any documentaion, or can someone point me in the  
right direction on how to set this up?

Log in to a remote system and use the "flashrom" utility from
util/flashrom on that system.
