5823 can now get the pirq table with COMPRESS off, but the address of pirq table which detect from Linux kernel, is different from where LinuxBIOS wrote. For example, LinuxBIOS writes pirq table at 0xf0000, but Linux kernel found the table at 0xc00fd9b0. However, Winfast 6300 doesn't have this.
Does anyone know how to turn on the second IDE channel on 5823-E0A1? Enabling bit 3 and 4 on 0x5b doesn't do the trick this time. Thanks.

The only thing I can tell you is that advantech told me there was a hardware issue with the second IDE on the -1 version of the board; this was confirmed by me when I put the same linuxbios chip in the -2 version and second IDE channel worked fine.
