short answer: No. (but it might not matter)
Generally, one can't "disable" the ME. One can reduce its firmware features, but that firmware is not directly related to coreboot (they can share a flash chip like Windows and Linux can share a hard disk).
However, if you are talking about the Chromebook, it doesn't have an ME, AIUI.
If you are talking about the normal Yoga 11e (not Chromebook), I don't think Lenovo would allow you to install coreboot (they might enforce this with signature checks; Intel BootGuard).
