If you really want a full source-based coreboot for a chipset nowadays, it's not going to happen on any modern x86, I am sorry to say. And, it won't happen on many ARMs, particularly in the v8 space.
Certainly not for you, Ron, but speculating about the future direction of Intel, in particular, and the entire ARM ecosystem in general is... bootless?
