I own an EPIA MII motherboard with an EFST F49B002UA PLCC chip. I am wondering out of the two choices I have found which BIOS Savious should I buy? (RD1-LPC2 or RD1-PMC2) Also can I use the ATMEL AT29C020 PLCC as a replacement? Thanks for any information that can help, Erik.

Unfortunately neither of those models will work.
You would need either an RD1-PL or an RD1-PL4 but both are no longer in production an all known stocks worldwide are sold out.

Yes - that should work just fine. SST39SF020 or 040 is another option.

Actually, they have started selling them again. Have a look at FrozenCPU (US) and Eksitdata (Sweden).
List of resellers:

FrozenCPU:

Thanks, Ward.

I only find the RD1-PMC2 and RD1-PMC4, which are incompatible. (They're LPC.)
Eksitdata list the PL and PL4 but they're out of stock.

I ordered a RD1-PL from http://www.webshop-innovatek.de just 2 weeks ago.
