Patch merged into coreboot/master: 72a2eaf Rename mainboard_smi.c to smihandler.c

the following patch was just integrated into master:

Rename mainboard_smi.c to smihandler.c

This mirrors the naming convention of handlers in
    northbridge and southbridge.
