Hello, Kevin!
I've tested both new SeaBioses(yours precompiled and compiled by me) on Asus A8N-E with PCI Video Card. It doesn't work to me...
Video card initialization works fine I can see first hello string (SeaBios...), but there is no boot devices choice and so on... Keyboard doesn't work too.
Old SeaBios copied VGA rom from memory and worked fine.
I've installed XP without ACPI. Main problem was that there wasn't any pci-devices(network, audio...) in XP, but Fedora could see it. Another problem was with PCI-Express video cards (8600GT, 2600XT). Does PCi-E support in SeaBios

That's odd. The keyboard and drive stuff should not have changed. Can you post the full serial log?

SeaBIOS doesn't have any code for PCI-E. However, I don't know of anything that it specifically needs to support with PCI-E.
