I've put W39F040FCPZ on the board...but I can not see any messages on serial... I can hear tuck tuck on motherboard buzzard....repeatedly

What should I do next to debug ?

Use a scope or a bus analyzer to figure out whether you are executing code, and where you die. Check your SuperIO init code to see if you are doing the right thing.
