Hello Ron, Yes, Baytrail FSP Beta release is already for 4 weeks available in EDS (External Design Specifications), but you must be registered with INTEL to get Baytrail FSP and it documents. Also, as I stated before, you need OTM (Coreboot will come later as part of this picture). tyan s8226 status

What's the status of the Tyan s8226? There's a src/mainboard/tyan/s8226 directory in git coreboot, but no entry for s8226 under "board status pages". Does this mean that it's unsupported? Or conversely, is it known to work? Nick

Hello Joshua, I do not think so. You need to have Baytrail Firmware Support Package (FSP) + Coreboot, and Sage did not yet upstream INTEL FSP changes to Coreboot. There is an One Time Mobile (OTM) boot loader (INTEL proprietary) which does support Baytrail FSP, but Coreboot is out of picture for some (?) days at least... Hope that Sage will upstream Baytrail changes to Coreboot till End of Y2013. For the Baytrail FSP + OTM proof of concept, you should be contacting INTEL FSP support.
