[PATCH] coreinfo: modwin initialization

The attached patch fixes an overflow in the erasure of modwin, and removes an unnecessary refresh. Compile and runtime tested with coreinfo+libpayload+coreboot-v3 under QEMU. /ulf

[PATCH] libpayload: fix off-by-one in stdscr
