Ok, lets try this again. More fixups for i82801dx_lpc.c code including, fixing i82801dx_power_options() so CONFIG_MAINBOARD_POWER_ON_AFTER_POWER_FAIL works, and rewrite HPET code so it is more along the lines of how the Linux Kernel does it. Build and boot tested.
