Outstanding problems on K7SEM, EPIA and EPIA-M

Would someone help me to fill these information in?

That EPIA code has artifacts from our 3-years-ago hack. Let's just do this 
right and move to V2. It's amost done for EPIA.

Unless I've missed a HOWTO somewhere, the EPIA-M build needs some work on 
the video initialisation to work with the Via VGA BIOS.

Looks like there has been a fair bit done on this for EPIA but not EPIA-M.
