[ANNOUNCE] SeaBIOS 1.7.5

The 1.7.5 version of SeaBIOS has now been released.  For more

New in this release:

* Support for obtaining SMBIOS tables directly from QEMU.
* XHCI USB controller fixes for real hardware (now tested on several boards)
* SeaVGABIOS improvements
  * New driver for "coreboot native vga" support
  * Improved detection of older x86emu versions with incorrect emulation.
* Several bug fixes and code cleanups

When coreboot is built with native graphics init and SeaBIOS is the
payload we should hide the VGA BIOS Kconfig filename option behind
EXPERT and simply build SeaVGABIOS by default.

XHCI support is what I want, currently what's payload have a better XHCI
support? Seabios or U-Boot?
