Hello Richard, i'm very crazy for this problem, i have done the modify at the config file for etherboot but i don't see any log in to serial port, and i don't see the linuxbios status.

Linux bios spits out lots of info on the serial port _very_ early on. Even before RAM is setup. If you don't have any serial info then LinuxBIOS probally has not started correctly. That or your serial port isn't setup properly.
You need to verify that LinuxBIOS is even runing. Do you have a post card?
Verify that LinuxBIOS is properly loaded into your ROM chip at the right location.
You should probally look at the Bios chip select line and see if you are successfully strobing out data. If you only see like 20 or 30 strobes and then nothing you probally don't have the ROM flashed correctly. If you see lots and lots of strobes then you probally are at least starting up.
You might also try putting some outs to port 80 in cpi/i386/entry16.inc and see if the IO Strobe line gets asserted.
