[LinuxBIOS] fiddly MSRs on lx

attached are two files: a list of all the LX settings and MSRs and
their values, and the program I used to generate them (which is just
the .h files all mashed into C code).

This is a lifesaver when you're trying to figure out "which the @@@@
MSR IS THAT ANYWAY?"
