run getpir under the standard bios and see what you get.
I just happen to have that right here: /* This file was generated by getpir.c, do not modify! (but if you do, please run checkpir on it to verify) Contains the IRQ Routing Table dumped directly from your memory , wich BIOS sets up

Hi,
AFAIK, pirq table on EPIA doesn't work. We fixed the irqs by writing irq# to devices.

so this is another case where the PIRQ tables from the standard bios are wrong?
