In the Suse 9 for amd64, I can not find pci/pci.h.
Where I can find the pcilib for amd64?

yes, suse includes pciutils in /sbin but no libpci.a or includes.
You have to get the pci-utils and install them yourself. I will send you the .tgz if you wish.
