the only concern now is chipset dsdt.asl copyright problem.
For AMD Opteron platform:
1. AMD 8111 is ready.
2. nvidia chipset and serverworks chipset: I can not figure out who
hold the dsdt.dsl, MB vendor or chipset vendor or IBV(AMI and
phoenix)?

3. amd8111 DSDT parts need to go to the 8111 directory so we dont
   make a monolithic design from our modular one.
4. therefore irq routing and device tree neeed to be completely
   described in Config.lb.
