If that is in reference to the new zotac aq01, the hudson chip thereon (part of amd's apu platform) has a realtek gig-ethernet. Should be the one you mentioned in the initial post.

The hudson chip has an rtl8139? That is surprising. That's a very old part. But I'll do some looking. I'm quite unfamiliar with those parts :-)
