[LinuxBIOS] cache-as-ram question

Is the cache as ram a AMD specific feature? The code looks like it would work for intel CPU, but I seems remember intel CPU would just return FF when reading from a cacheable location before memory becomes avialbe.

CAR is available for Intel processors as well as AMD.
