[LinuxBIOS] AMD RS690 Register Reference Guide released

Hi,

I was made aware of the following doc release:
AMD RS690 Register Reference Guide
http://www.x.org/docs/AMD/43372_rs690_rrg_3.00o.pdf

While the public SB600 documentation is still missing a Register
Reference Guide, at least we have some way to start a port to the RS690
or make ourselves familiar with it.
